The following was written by Bishop René H. Gracida and posted on his blog on 7 January 2016:
ARENTS WHO ARE SO CAREFUL in guarding their children from exposure to drug dealing peddlers of narcotics and who warn them of the dangers of experimenting with drugs, are probably guilty of failing to warn their children about pornography because the subject is SEX and it is a rare parent who wants to talk to a son or daughter about sex, sad to say!!!
When such parents give their children unsupervised access to the internet it is inevitable that a child will—at first by accident—stumble upon a porn site. As this article indicates, even the most innocent introduction to pornography stimulates the brain and as in the case of the first reefer or pill, the diabolical craving for MORE is planted in the cells of the brain. Parents, love your children and do your best to shield them from exposure to pornography.
