EVERAL DAYS AGO, I posted a setting of the medieval Easter hymn Vita Sanctorum. I used a lovely hymn melody called “COELITES PLAUDANT.” Several readers wrote to me, requesting an organ harmonization. There are many available, but the following is my personal favorite:

Someday—if I can find the time—I’d like to produce my own version, setting all six verses to different harmonizations.
